Sylverity LLC collects the information necessary to respond to quote requests, provide documentation, coordinate orders, and maintain site operations.
Quote and documentation requests may be transmitted through third-party email service providers and then reviewed by our team in business email systems. At launch, this may include providers used for transactional delivery and mailbox handling, such as Resend and Zoho Mail. Names, email addresses, organization names, departments, and procurement request details may appear in those systems when needed to respond to an inquiry or maintain a communication record.
We use this information for human review, customer support, procurement follow-up, operational recordkeeping, and fraud or abuse prevention. We do not sell this information or use quote-request content for unrelated advertising.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance.
Request and order records may be retained as needed for business, tax, compliance, and audit purposes.
We aim to limit access to inquiry and customer information to personnel and service providers with a legitimate business need. We recommend that requesters avoid including unnecessary personal, medical, or highly sensitive information in free-text form fields.
