Because materials are supplied for laboratory use and may require handling review before shipping, all returns are managed case by case.

1. Authorization Required

Do not return any shipment without written authorization from our team. Contact support@sylverity.com with your order details.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Report damaged, incorrect, or compromised shipments within 48 hours of receipt so we can review replacement or refund options.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Opened or mishandled materials
  • Custom or quote-specific supply arrangements
  • Returns requested outside the approved review window

4. Review Standard

Any authorized return or refund request is subject to documentation review, shipping condition, and material integrity.
