Sylverity LLC coordinates shipment after quote approval, documentation review, and internal release checks. Public site visitors do not complete consumer checkout at launch.

1. Fulfillment Timing

Stocked compounds ship within 1-3 business days after quote approval. Made-to-order items are synthesized in our California facility—lead times are typically weeks, not months. Specific timing is confirmed with your quote.

2. Packaging and Handling

Materials are packaged for laboratory receipt with handling and storage guidance aligned to the product documentation provided.

3. Destination Review

Shipping destinations may be reviewed before release. We reserve the right to decline or delay shipment based on regulatory, documentation, or risk considerations.

4. Tracking

When an order ships, tracking information is provided through the order communication channel used during quote approval.
